A beautifully made, gorgeous pink roses border print soft rayon chiffon dress with split flutter cape sleeves and a full twirly chiffon skirt; raised waistline. Fabulous beadwork and tiny glimmering rose sequins all across the lower front of the dress---sparkles beautifully! Like-new condition and wonderfully wearable for dinner, dance or wedding; has fluttering, split capelike sleeves and a surplice style low V-neck. I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings.

Measurements of this wonderful dress are as follows (no size tag but I estimate an S/M):
Bust: dress measures 39"; wearer should be at least 1-2 inches less than this in body measurement.
Raised waist/underbust measurement is 37"---should fit up to about 34-35". This dress slips on over the head so wearer's shoulders need to be able to fit through this measurement as well.
Length is 43" from shoulder to hem. This fits very well on my size 6/8 mannequin with a little room to spare (36-26-36), and could possibly fit up to an 10, please check measurements!
Condition: Pristine, no stains, spots or rips/holes, freshly cleaned, I cannot find any issues. Beads all intact and sparkly, no loose ones that I can see.
Tag is "Eva Blue"; no size tag; this is 100% rayon on the outer dress and the lining is knit polyester.
