Beautiful April Cornell Vintage Ruby Rose and Green Slinky Knit 1990s Does 1920s Dress / Gorgeous Print / Size M

Beautiful vintage 1990s April Cornell dress with a gorgeous print of stylized ruby red & deep rose flowers and olive green leaves on a black background, in a wonderful, silky-soft "slinky" knit which is rare amongst April's vintage clothing--this fabric is fantastic and so soft! Beautifully made in a classic simple sleeveless style with a softly fluid line that clings to the body. PERFECT all-seasons, Valentine's Day, wedding, tea or garden party dress! Excellent condition. Sweater/jewelry shown with the dress are NOT included, photographed just to show how you could possibly accessorize this beauty! I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties!

Though marked a M, please go by the measurements below! This is acetate/spandex knit fabric and has good stretch as well as a very subtle, silky sheen.

Bust measurement is 38" unstretched to about 40"-41" stretched; waist 32" unstretched to about 35" stretched; hips 40" unstretched to 43" stretched. Wearer's actual body measurements should be at least 1" smaller than the smallest measurements of the dress.
Length is 53" from shoulder to hem while on the hanger; since the dress is so stretchy this measurement will be a little shorter on a human figure; the dress fits and drapes SO beautifully on the body as you can see. Mannequin is a modern size 6/8 (36-26-36); I would recommend this dress for not larger than a 10-12.

Condition: I can find no flaws on this dress, no spots, stains, rips, holes or damages, just gorgeous! Labels are intact, with the designer's own April Cornell tag.
