Wonderful Vintage 1990s New With Tags April Cornell Dress - Vivid Purple and Pink Floral - Rayon Crepe Tea Dress - Size M

Such a beautiful and NEW WITH TAGS vintage old stock 90's dress that has a vivid, gorgeous print of pink flowers on deep purple rayon crepe. This is the high quality, beautiful rayon that April originally used in her dresses back in the day and which you don't find in her current collections anymore.....Such a timeless, beautiful and wearable vintage style, and the look is so very vintage! Has 3/4 length sleeves, buttons all the way down the front, a collar, and button-on-and-off back ties to adjust the fit. Original April Cornell store tag attached, showing original 1990's price of $84.00! In excellent, never worn, new with tags condition, no issues. Marked size M but as this is vintage, please check measurements listed below, to be sure it will fit you.

I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Though marked an M, please go by the measurements below as this might fit an L too!

Bust: dress measures 42" -43" at bust, fits up to about 41", no larger than that (you need to allow at least two inches added to your own body measurements for proper fit.) Waist is approx 48", this is a meant to be a relatively loose-fitting dress.
Length is 49" from shoulder to hem while on the hanger; the dress fits and drapes SO beautifully on the body as you can see. Mannequin is a modern size 6/8 (36-26-36), the dress is large on the mannequin but can be adjusted down to size with the button-on back ties.

Condition: I can find no flaws on this dress, it is NWT, clean, no spots, stains, rips, holes or damages, just gorgeous and the fabric/colors are fantastic! Labels are intact, with the designer's own April Cornell tag. Marked M.
