Gorgeous Vintage 90s BILA Rose Pink and Ruby Red Garden Party Tea Dress - Button Front Skirt - Back Ties - Crinkle Rayon - Size L

SO beautiful and very collectible vintage crinkle rayon 1990's Bila dress--I have a very large personal collection of vintage Bila dresses of this type because they're simply WONDERFUL to wear in warmer months, plus the fabrics, details and colors are just so appealing. This is such a charming dress for any summertime event--garden party, wedding, or cocktails. (I had two identical ones of these dresses, and this the second one, the M previously sold; photos are from the first listing however the dresses are exactly the same except for size, and very slightly different placement of the print.) Gorgeous rose pink, magenta, ruby red and green in a fabulous stylized floral print on lovely crinkle rayon. Full gathered skirt that opens below the waist with buttons; bodice with short sleeves; back ties to bring the waistline in further if desired. So flattering and so easy to wear! Marked a size L, please check measurements below. This is freshly cleaned and has the original crisp crinkliness to the fabric--a characteristic of this kind of rayon fabric when washed, making it somewhat stretchy--but if desired this can be ironed out and the fabric loosened/somewhat enlarged.

I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Marked vintage L, please check measurements, wearer's actual body measurements should be at least 1-2" smaller than the max stated, this is supposed to be somewhat loose fitting:
Bust: dress measures 45"
Waist: dress measures 41", can be brought in significantly by tying the back sash ties
Length is 44" from shoulder to hem, but will fit and hang properly/higher on a real human rather than this mannequin. Mannequin is approx. 5' 6" and a modern size 6; I feel this dress is most suited to about a size 10/12/14 as per measurements stated above.
Condition: Vintage excellent/like new, no issues whatsoever that I can see; clean, fresh and ready to wear. Pulls on over the head, no fasteners. Back ties, Bila label, marked 100% rayon and size L.
