NWT Vintage Sample - Rayon Georgette Gypsy Bohemian Festival Tunic Top - Floaty Handkerchief Hem - Sequin Accents - Smocked Back - Sz S/M

Another fabulous boho festival top--this one is an actual NWT showroom sample, has the original sample tag attached, and has never been worn. Exquisite rayon georgette with tons of beautiful draping and layering, along with sparkling handsewn accents of iridescent sequins scattered here and there on the front of the flaring, empire-waist "skirt"--which falls in dreamy, floaty handkerchief points on front and back. Gorgeous print in greens and white. The bodice features a draped bust area with a removable scarf tie that is also accented with sequins; has adjustable shoulder straps. Neckline is a deep V and this top is VERY flattering to great cleavage--shows it off exceptionally well! The best part is the elasticized smocking at the back which adds another 8" in measurement to bust and empire waist/underbust and allows it to fit beautifully to the individual body, making it wearable by a range of sizes. I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. There is NO SMOKING whatsoever in this establishment and never has been. Everything is very diligently inspected before it is shipped to you, carefully wrapped in new tissue, and I only ship in NEW USPS boxes, NOT flimsy bags or crammed into careless packaging (which seems to be widespread nowadays but I really hate to see when I'm the recipient!) I respect clothing and I ship it the way I would want it shipped to me.

No size tag, but measures as an S (and possibly for an M too depending on hip measurement); please check measurements below.
Bust measures 36" unstretched and has an additional stretch of 8" because of the elastic smocked back.
High waist/underbust measures 34" unstretched and can stretch another 8"
Important to keep in mind: the underlining of this top measures approx. 42" at the hipline, and does not stretch, so wearer's maximum hip measurement shouldn't be larger than about 40".
Length is 37" from shoulder to the longest of the handkerchief hem points; Mannequin is approx. 5' 6" and a modern size 6/8, this top fits the mannequin very well (If you love this top but are looking for a different size please be sure to look at the other two I have listed.)

Condition: New with showroom sample tag, never worn, perfect condition and clean; no odors or damages. Has a "Glamor Angel" tag.
