Retro Style Pink and Blue Flamingo Cotton Print - Vintage Garden Party Tea Dance Sundress - Excellent Condition - Pockets - SZ 16/18

This is SUCH a cute dress! Darling retro styling with an adorable pink, blue and yellow print of flamingos and palm trees. Very comfortable to wear, has a back zip, raised waist, set-in wide waistband and a crossover/surplice style sleeveless bodice. Soft, substantial but not heavy, cotton fabric. Semi-full skirt with pleats at top, and side pockets. In excellent condition, barely worn if at all. From "Hell Bunny Vixen", well-known and loved London UK-based retro clothing company. I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Marked a 2X, but please go by the measurements below as this is possibly UK sizing which is actually a size or two smaller than US sizing; I feel this measures out to be closer to a 16/18 and have found similar vintage Hell Bunny dresses do generally run smaller. Be sure to double check measurements carefully to ensure proper fit!

Bust: dress measures 44" (Wearer's own measurements should be at least 1"- 2" smaller than all measurements stated, for best fit)
Waist: dress measures 38"
Length on the hanger is 42" from shoulder to hem. Mannequin is approx. 5' 6" and a modern size 6/8, too small for the dress.
Condition: Excellent unworn condition, no issues whatsoever that I can see; fabric is soft and comfortable but not "worn" looking. Side pockets. Original Hell Bunny Vixen label intact.
