Lovely Vintage Western Inspired 2 PC Set Ivory Cotton Lace Top and Skirt - Prairie Cottagecore Boho Style Wedding/Garden Party Dress SZ M

A lovely two piece vintage-style cottagecore ivory lace outfit , with a boho/Western/prairie vibe to it; would look perfect with cowboy boots, a matching belt and some turquoise jewelry. Very soft cotton lace; the two pieces are from different makers however they go together beautifully---the round lace motifs in the top match the same round motif found in the lace of the skirt. High/low hem maxi skirt is A-line shaped and has a ruffle at the bottom, is lined with a half slip of soft ivory jersey. Elastic waist. The top is a tank style with a wide peplum and bronze buttons down the front; has tucks on either side of the front placket all the way down. Unfinished/raw hem on the top; you could leave this as is or finish it with some lace edging. Pretty, rustic, and Western stylish boho outfit for a lot of occasions! I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. There is NO SMOKING whatsoever in this establishment and never has been. Everything is very diligently inspected before it is shipped to you, carefully wrapped in new tissue, and I only ship in NEW USPS boxes, NOT flimsy bags or crammed into careless packaging (which seems to be widespread nowadays but I really hate to see when I'm the recipient!) I respect clothing and I ship it the way I would want it shipped to me.

Measurements of this wonderful top and skirt are as follows (marked L but being vintage, I think it fits much more like an M or even a small/med) :
Bust: top measures 36"--37"; best fits up to 36" or so. Has a little stretch.
Top waist: 32"--36"
Top length is 27" from shoulder to hem.
Skirt waist stretches from 30" to 35-36".
Skirt hip measures 36" stretching a little to 38" max. This is a "slim fit" skirt but it does have stretch.
Hem of the skirt ranges from 32" to 38" as it's a "high/low" hem.

This fits very well on my size 6/8 mannequin (36-26-36) so since it's a little stretchy I would say it is best for up to an 8/10, but no larger.

Condition: Excellent, very gently worn with no spots, holes, or damages. The only possible issue I can see is that the peplum on the top has a raw unfinished hem edge on the lace (probably to look more "rustic")---you could leave this as is, or edge it with more lace, or just turn it under a bit and stitch a narrow hem--I leave that up to the new owner!
Top is marked "Arizona Jeans Company" and the skirt is from "Solitaire", both are marked L but are definitely smaller than that.
