Lovely Lime Sherbet Green Rayon Batiste Cottagecore Dress - Smocked Back - Bodice Pleating - On/Off Shoulder - Small/Small-Medium

Such a lovely dress and the fabric is sooo pretty--softest rayon-blend, lightweight woven printed in a vintage-inspired floral of white and yellow flowers on delicious, light lime-sherbet green. (The video shown totally washed out the color--the still photos show the accurate color of the dress) Like-new condition and wonderfully wearable for dinner, dance, any summer event or wedding---a perfect vintage tea or garden party dress. Has a green inner lining/slip. Long full skirt with a wide ruffle at bottom, fully pleated bodice, raised empire waistline, and has a wonderful, fully-smocked back panel for a great comfortable fit! Please be sure to read the measurements which are described below. This is marked a size M, however I feel it is definitely an S. Might fit some M wearers with a small torso, but check measurements carefully. I believe this can also be worn either on or off the shoulder.

I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Measurements of this wonderful dress are as follows (marked an M but fits more like an S):

Bust: measures 34" without stretching the back, can stretch to about 36" ; wearer should be at least 1 inch smaller than this in bust measurement. The bodice area is meant to be very close fitting.
Underbust/raised waist: 30" unstretched to 33-34" stretched
This dress slips on over the head so wearer's shoulders need to be able to fit through this measurement as well.
Length is 49" from shoulder to hem. This fits VERY well on my size 6/8 mannequin (36-26-36), and could possibly fit up to an 8, but please check measurements! Would fit an XS just fine as well.

Condition: Pristine, no stains, spots or rips/holes, freshly cleaned, I cannot find any issues.
Tag is "Blu Pepper"; marked size S. Dress is 75% rayon 25% nylon and the attached underslip is poly jersey.
