1950s Inspired Vivid Coral Pink Flamingo Cotton Print - Retro Party Pinup Dance Swing Dress - Excellent Condition - Pockets - SZ 12/14

Super adorable and very 1950s style dress! Retro styling with a vivid, fun print of flamingos on a peachy pink background. Very comfortable to wear, has a back zip, smocked elastic panels on both sides of the back bodice for a perfect fit, and adjustable narrow shoulder straps. Soft, lightweight cotton fabric. Full circle swing skirt with inset side pockets and a coordinating solid coral belt that matches the foldover front panels and the straps. In excellent condition, barely worn if at all. Absolutely darling and can be dressed up or down with a cute coral cardigan and some retro jewelry! (Jewelry shown is NOT included in this listing and is not for sale.) I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Marked an XL/14, but please go by the measurements below as this definitely measures/fits smaller, like a 12. Be sure to double check measurements carefully to ensure proper fit!

Bust: dress measures 40" plus a few extra inches in the stretchable smocked back panels (Wearer's own measurements should be at least 1"- 2" smaller than all measurements stated, for best fit)
Waist: dress measures 32", again, plus a couple inches because of the stretch back panels
Shoulder straps are adjustable. Matching belt included.
Length on the hanger is 45" from shoulder to hem. Mannequin is approx. 5' 6" and a modern size 6/8, too small for the dress.
Condition: Excellent condition, no issues whatsoever that I can see; fabric is soft, lightweight and comfortable! From "Unique Vintage" and marked an XL/14.
