FAB Border Print Bohemian Rayon Crepe Dress, Maxi, Full Ruffled Skirt, Matching Belt, Size M/L

Absolutely gorgeous rayon crepe printed in a fabulous border print of bohemian arabesques and stylized florals in vivid greens, pinks/purples and blues. I wore this dress once, to an event, and got endless compliments on it--it's just that striking! The rayon crepe is very high quality and very much like the crepe in vintage April Cornell dresses--substantial yet soft and very comfortable, and drapes beautifully on the body. Maxi length, raised/high elasticized waist, matching fabric belt, cape/flutter sleeves, decorative buttons on the bodice and a beautiful full skirt with a wide border-print ruffle at the bottom. The colors are spectacular and vivid! Perfect dress for a wedding guest, other special event or just going out to dinner--you can accessorize this up or down to suit the occasion. Freshly cleaned and perfect condition, no issues!

I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Bust: dress measures 44", wearer's measurements should be 1"-2" less than that.
Raised/high waist measures 32" unstretched, has about 1-2 more inches of stretch
Length on the hanger is 52" from shoulder to hem. I feel this dress is most suited up to about a size 10/12, maybe 14 if the numbers work--measurements should be checked carefully.
This has belt loops and a self-fabric belt with a buckle; the waistline of the dress is high, almost an empire waist so the belt is meant to be worn there, not at the natural waistline. Wearer could definitely leave the belt off altogether if desired since the dress already has comfortable elastic there.

Condition: Excellent, like-new condition, no issues that I can see; freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Slips on over the head, no fastenings. "Farmers Market" tag, also has care tag in the side seam of the skirt (see photos)
