Antique Style Deco 1920s Egyptian Revival Lapis Glass Golden Tutankhamen Ring - Egyptian Jewelry - Egyptian Style Pharaoh Ring

Antique Style 1920's Deco Egyptian Revival style GORGEOUS lapis lazuli blue glass and vintage brass King Tutankhamen "statement" ring is part of my most popular jewelry line, all handmade from my studio---these are wonderfully wearable and showcase some of my finest vintage stones and findings.....I designed and put together this beautiful and elaborate Egyptian 20's style ring using mostly antique components (including some utterly fabulous vintage genuine old brass pieces & glass stones from the 20's!) and hand finished/burnished brass parts & filigree. With the discovery of King Tutanhkamen's tomb by Howard Carter in 1922, there followed a widespread craze for everything Egyptian, and it permeated all levels of style from fashion to furnishings during those years...putting a modern 1920s Deco spin on a beautiful ancient style and making it even more unique.

This exquisite completely handmade ring is fashioned from vintage very substantial burnished rich solid brass parts patterned with extraordinary Deco designs, with an incredible vintage 1920s burnished brass head of an Egyptian Pharaoh in the center, surrounded by deep blue lapis glass stones in rectangle, round and oblong shapes, accented by tiny "diamond" glass rhinestones set in individual brass settings--The center brass piece as well as the glass stones are genuine vintage elements from the 1920's when the Egyptian craze was at its height.

As shown this is adjustable from about a 5 up to probably about an 8.5; larger sizes will have extra brass added to the back to make it fit a larger size range....adjustment can be done by simple stretching of the back to fit the individual finger. A most unusual and intricate ring for either a male or female hand....bold and fabulous....Since it's quite a large ring; reaching past the knuckle on most hands, this would be great worn on the middle or first finger....Extraordinary and rare vintage glass stones and truly vintage Egyptian Revival designs....All centered on fine layered detailed brass filigree which has such a wonderfully and truly antique look to it. Measures 1 -1/2" from top to bottom at the frontspiece.
